McKenzie Lake Families,

On Thursday, our Grade 3-5 students had the wonderful opportunity to showcase their musical talents to friends and family. The event was a vibrant cultural extravaganza, where students "traveled" the world, highlighting music and songs from various cultures. Our emcees added an exciting energy that kept the audience engaged, especially during the transitions between classes.

Throughout the performance, students played a diverse range of instruments, including drums, percussion instruments, recorders, sticks, and xylophones, followed by several beautiful songs from the choir. It was a packed house, with standing room only by the time the show began.

Students were thrilled to have the chance to showcase their learning in three different performances over the course of the week.

After last weekend's snowfall, the warmer weather this weekend will surely be a welcome change, perfect for enjoying some time outdoors.
