Dear McKenzie Lake Families,

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all parents who took the time to attend the parent-teacher conferences. We hope that during your meetings with your child's teacher, you were able to witness evidence of their growth throughout the year and gain valuable insights into their next steps in learning for the months ahead. Our teachers extend their gratitude to the School Council for generously providing them with supper during Thursday evening conferences; your thoughtfulness and generosity are truly appreciated.

Despite the recent snowfall challenging the notion of Spring Break, we hope that families can still find moments of relaxation and enjoyment without the usual weekday morning rush. Furthermore, we would like to commend Mrs. Sorensen's grade 5 class for their outstanding efforts in organizing a popcorn fundraiser to support the Humane Society. Their hard work paid off, resulting in a significant contribution of $752.12 towards this worthy cause this month. Wishing everyone a wonderful Spring Break filled with rest, rejuvenation, and cherished moments with loved ones. We eagerly anticipate welcoming everyone back on Tuesday, April 2.
