If you’re not getting any email messages from us, our emails may be blocked from getting to you. Blocks can happen if you intentionally or accidentally tag an email as spam or junk, or sometimes when your email server senses that an email is coming from an electronic mailing system and tries to prevent spamming and block our emails.
Here’s how to get the communication flowing again:
- Add cbecommunications@cbe.ab.ca, transportation@cbe.ab.ca, studentfees@cbe.ab.ca, and our email address to your email Safe Senders list.
- Remove any email blocks on your end:
 For Hotmail or Outlook.com, go to your settings, look for the Junk Mail option, and then the Blocked Senders tab. Find any cbe.ab.ca email addresses, and remove them from the blocked list.
 For Gmail, go to your settings, choose to See All Settings, and then go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab. Find any cbe.ab.ca email addresses, click the checkbox next to them and click Unblock.
 For other email addresses, contact your email provider to find out how to remove email blocks.
- Email us and ask us to remove any SchoolMessenger email blocks on our end
